Pink Progress.

It's obvious I haven't posted in a while, because I'm about to ask a dumb question: When Creating a new post in Blogger, are we always in html mode now? Just thought I'd ask people who have logged in to their accounts in the last two weeks.

Anyway...

God gave RedDaddy a specific answer for all the concerned folks who ask us, "Do you have any job prospects yet?." Here goes. We are going to preach the Word - where and how God is revealing to us daily.

Our family will be ministering in a local church here in town this Sunday. We have a very high expectancy for that service, both for that particular body of believers and for our family and ministry!

This is shaping up to be the birth of a new way of life for us. The Lord has been speaking to us much these last weeks about TRULY walking and living by faith. As I shared with a friend, the proverbial rubber has met the road! We have no visible source of income, and no concrete plans beyond the two engagements on our calendar, yet we are at complete peace! We have been bombarded by exhortations to seek Him and His Kingdom, to not shrink back in fear, to remain obedient to His call. On the other hand, every natural door for employment or position has closed. And the Word in our hearts is continually, "I have given you a job. Walk it out. Trust Me."

Alrighty then!

We will be part of a marriage conference over Valentine's weekend. I am looking forward to the immensely. RedDaddy says he's going to be my "hype-man" and I will teach. Our topic is...are you ready for this one?...Marriage in Difficult Seasons! Tell me God doesn't have a sense of humor!! If anyone is interested, I can probably get you a CD of the message.

That sums up or speaking calendar. So we're pretty much free to come to your church whenever :D

Your prayers are still greatly appreciated and requested! Thank you all so much for your encouragement and support. The Pink Family is grateful...truly.

P.S.
Since you haven't mentioned it, I take it you don't like the new background?

Very exciting update. I must admit it seems very scary too. I tend to waver between faith and fear more than I would like to admit. It's easier for me to have faith in you and for you than in and for myself. I suppose that's why we are "the body" right? So I will rejoice and have faith in God's marvelous provision for you.

Oh man- I'm sending you an email- I have an awesome story that begins with "Attempt something so big that unless God intervenes it is bound to fail."

God IS awesome!!

I like the background just didn't have a chance to say hey I like it!

No you're not in html code when doing new post. There is a tab on the top right hand side that has html button. Does that help?

I hear ya loud and clear. Hasn't been much jobs for Hubs. In the natural it looks bad but we're both at peace. Now please tell me I'm not delusional. :)
